All New Day Threads items are made to order and shipped directly to you. Our items are printed and shipped by a trusted fulfillment partner to ensure the highest quality and timely delivery of your order.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Below are general estimates:

  • U.S. Orders: 5–10 business days on average

 

Please note: Shipping times do not include production time, which typically takes 3–5 business days. Due to our unique production process, some items may require additional processing time. All timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. 

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location, the fulfillment center used, and the number of items in your order.

Final shipping rates will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at New Day Threads. Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or a change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at support@newdaythreads.co with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to make it right.

 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All returns must be approved before being sent back

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
